FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

We have shower facilities in our massage rooms. We offered free showers when we first opened, but some customers would shower for over 30 minutes and request a hairdryer and lotion, which often caused significant delays for the next customers’ services. The price of the menu you have selected excludes the time required for showering.

Not all customers want a shower. After the massage, we thoroughly cleanse your entire body with more than three warm towels per person. Customers who specifically wish to shower can choose a menu option that includes it

Our massage fees have always been cheaper for over 10 years compared to other spas of a similar scale in Seminyak. It is difficult for us to respond when the comparison is being made against small-scale businesses, as that is a matter of the customer’s personal preference. For example, the size of just one of our rooms, Room No. 8, is large enough to fit more than 10 beds from a small massage business. Furthermore, all of our massage beds are in independent, private rooms, not in a layout separated by curtains. Shouldn’t our prices be a bit higher?

Diligent cleaning is the foundation of all store operations. The owner here is Korean and places great importance on cleanliness. For example, a minimum of five clean towels are used when serving just one customer: one body towel, one face towel, three steam towels, and one towel for the ankle support. We never reuse a towel on another customer before it has been thoroughly laundered. The monthly cost we spend on professional laundry service is likely the highest in this industry here

First, please clearly tell the reception staff the massage pressure you want. Since pressure can feel different across various parts of your body, tell your therapist right away if any area feels too light or too strong. While the best therapists can give you satisfying pressure without being told, if that’s not the case, just give them feedback a few times and they will accurately figure out your preferred pressure.  Do not hesitate to speak to your massage therapist. She is ready to listen to you.

The temperature might be comfortable when the massage first starts, but as time passes, you might feel cold due to the air conditioning. Please tell your therapist to turn off the air conditioner. If you turn it off and then feel hot again, please tell them to turn the air conditioner back on.
